Karen and Kostas have curated the greatest property I have ever visited through a rental service. It is clean, comfortable, and the views of the sea are unrivalled. If you are looking for a place to get away from the noise of a city, this should be the only answer. The hosts provide absolutely everything you will need to have a dream vacation - you can snorkel, kayak, and lay on chairs at the private beach, relax in the hot tub, or just take in the views from multiple unique deck-views. Karen and Kostas are also the kindest people on the whole island and very quick to communicate. They helped us with any questions we had throughout our whole stay. If you find yourself looking at this property, stay here. It does not get better. 11/10.

I don’t know where to start with this little taste of true escapism and paradise. It was somewhere I found a few years ago and because of a family upset I couldn’t go, but I never forgot it and I promised myself one day I would. I’m so happy I did, I came with two special friends and from the minute we arrived we were treated like VIPS by Karen and Kostas, meeting us at the port, sorting our hire car out then escorting us to their magnificent home. The first night we had a full moon and that moment with that view will stay with me a lifetime. To wake everyday to the view was humbling, we felt so blessed and it’s something you never get used to. If this house was mine, I’d be truly selfish and keep it to myself, but thank goodness Karen and Kostas are not and we got to experience a house, on an island, so green, so tranquil, the stillness is overwhelming. I got to kayak for the first time, a dream of mine, watch a sky of swifts screeching overhead and one day I saw a cormorant fishing in front of my eyes on our private beach in a sea so clear you can see the fish swimming even if you are up the top of the house! Don’t miss the old town, it was adorable and bohemian….Not sure what else I can add that other reviews haven’t already said, but if you want to experience a five star villa in a 10 star location, with hosts that felt like dear friends by the end of the holiday , don’t miss this place. We will return for sure, next year……

Really loved it here, very chilled out. Great villa, all worked well and so nice to have the private beach which the kids loved. Tassia's restaurant in Steni Vala and the food bar over in Agios Dimitrios were our favourite places to eat. We'll be back XX

We've had the most wonderful stay at your superb villa. Beautifully furnished, great facilities; kayak, jacuzzi, snorkelling to name but a few! Such comfortable beds and having the bedlinen changed was a treat. Thankyou very much Karen and Kostas. We're now thinking . . .next year! G & J 

Thank you Karen and Kostas for one of our most relaxing holidays, much needed after the past year! We have fallen in love with Alonissos and your villa is perfect. Incredible location and very comfortable. Highlights: our private beach, snorkelling, kayaking to beach taverna for frappes, boat trip for more snorkelling, the sunrise, yoga on the terrace, the cats . . .Delicious meals in Steni Vala - last taverna in the line. Such a cool place.

Another wonderful stay here. Lots of snorkelling, paddle boarding and if canoe trip to restaurants. Karen and Kostas, thank you so much for giving us such a memorable holiday. We will be back!

Late season bliss - amazing weather, incredibly restful 2 weeks. Through our work we stay at some great hotels but this villa supersedes everything in terms of luxury and tranquility - we absolutely loved every minute. Lots of fishing meant lots of fish - many of which kept the beautiful cats and 2 kittens fed! As many have said before us, we hope very much to return soon.

To Karen & Kosta, Thank you so much for your hospitality during our stay at your absolutely stunning villa. The best BBQ's we have ever had under the moonlight. We cannot wait to return next year for another stay in paradise and a relaxing holiday in the hot tub.

We all absolutely loved our stay at Anasa villa. It really is the ultimate get-away-from-it-all location. The views are breathtaking and having access to our owm beach was just perfect for our family. The villa itself is very well equipped - it was a pleasure not having to think about sundries like toilet paper and bin bags! We enjoyed the local area - Kalamakia and Steni Vala for lunches and grocery shopping, as well as outings to Patitri and the old village. Both were charming. We didn't explore any further as we couldn't bare to leave the villa for long! We also enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub. We really hope to return. Thank you for having us.
